Mark Watkins, Owner
Mark Watkins is the owner and founder of Hot Shotz Home Performance Services. Mark has been working in the home weatherization field for many years, getting his start in the early 80’s air sealing and insulating homes for a local agency focused primarily on low-income residences in Garrett County, MD. Mark went on to start his own business, Christian Brothers Painting Company, that provided clients with home services such as insulation, air sealing, and painting. He continues to help people save money and live more comfortably with Hot Shotz.
Jennifer, Office Manager
Jennifer Alexander began her career in Data Processing and Administrative positions in local community banks. After taking a break from her banking career to care for her family, Jennifer held positions at a local insurance agency and Head Start program. The fundamental tools and knowledge Jennifer gained from those experiences are what makes her a valuable team member as Office Manager for Hot Shotz over the past six years.
